   The large kitchen is the centerpiece of the house, custom remodeled by RSI and featuring Omega cherry wood cabinets, extensive granite counters, deep Blanco double sink, greenhouse window over the sink, professional appliances with Thermador double wall oven and Viking 36” six-burner gas cooktop with additional griddle and 36” Viking hood vented through the roof, Bosch dishwasher and microwave oven complete the set.    On the second floor, the master bedroom was converted into a suite by turning the original fourth bedroom into a windowed reading room (could be a nursery) and a walk-in closet. Custom drapery (the same drapery is also in the family room) and custom valances on the master bedroom suite windows with matching custom headboard.  A cedar closet just outside of the bedroom completes the renovation.


MASTER BATH AND GUEST BATH

   The oversized windowed master bathroom features dual sink, adult height cherry wood sink and linen cabinets, Aquatic Serenity 72 air tub, walk-in shower with non-slip travertine tiles, above head shower head, additional handheld shower and hydro massage jets. A sliding door to the commode area, also windowed, with Toto one-piece elongated commode and the Toto authentic bidet.Top of the line plumbing fixtures by HansGrohe and Grohe. Granite on countertop, shower step and seat, tub seat and tub surround. Electricals include air pump for the tub, ceiling mounted exhaust and heater fans controlled by individual timers, GFCI protected outlets, light dimmers and cable TV.

The guest bedroom is large and airy and the third bedroom, now a study, has windows on two walls, a built-it corner desk and cabinets, and the monitor for the four security cameras placed around the outside of the house covering all entrances to the house.
  

   The attic can be reached by a pull-down ladder and is suitable for additional storage with the floor partly covered with plywood over the joists.




BASEMENT

   The full basement is partitioned and partially finished; it includes a large recreation room, a second large room suitable for home office or gym with a flue in place for a second fireplace, a large walk-in cedar closet, the rough-in for a full bath, a second laundry area with sink, a shop/hobby area, a pantry/wine closet, a photo darkroom with a sink and plenty of storage space.







GARAGE
   The large 28’ x 26’ two-car garage, newer overhead door and garage opener, also has a door to the side and one to the back yard.
